I received a giant box of Russell Stover assorted chocolates as a gift in late 2017 and they tasted like chemicals were mixed in with the chocolate. I tried a few & all that I tried were bad. The box claims they are 'handcrafted', I think not! Why are they allowed to...

I got some sea salt pecan delights and oh my - they are so salty, I threw them away!! I love sea salt Carmel but these had way too much salt in them. After I bought them I saw a number of other reviews on Amazon saying the same thing.

We got a box of chocolate truffles at the factory store in Kansas. They have a distinctive chemical flavor. Very disappointing.

Ordered a mocha cone from Russell Stovers on Merriam Drive 4/11/17 at 3:40pm. The cone was so small, I commented on its size to the manager. I was told that it was standard 4 oz scoop and if previous scoops were bigger, they were over dipping. Needless to say I will NEVER get another cone with ice cream from them again and lay over 3 dollars

This week I bought 3 bags of Sugar Free. I paid 2.29 each bag at Publix in Florida which is way too high for the amount of candies in each bag. Coconut had 6 pieces, Pecan Delight had 5 pieces and Peppermint Patties had 6 pieces. All are delicious. I love the Russell...

I received a box as a gift Dec 2016. It was sealed in plastic wrap and had a sell by date of February 2017 stamped on the plastic wrap. The chocolates tasted bad (kind of a stale, moldy taste) and a couple of them had large cracks in the chocolate. I was wondering what...
