On July 28 my daughter and my son sent me a birthday surprise present through Ace Flower shop, Anaheim (2517 E. Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92804 7**-**6-0110).

It included Russell Stover Assorted Fine Chocolates. Not only the delivery was late, but also the candies were obviously very old, chocolate color had been changed already. They were not delicious at all. There was no "best before" date on the box.

It should be a nice surplice for my birthday if they were not spoiled. The spoiled candies spoiled my birthday a lot.

Both me and my children was very disappointed. I can hardly find one hundred words to describe all this.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Russell Stover Candies Cons: Candies out of warranty without good before date on the box.

This just happened to me, I bought the huge 40 assorted chocolate box for not only myself but for my family as Christmas gifts. I bought these last week, I just opened mine a few days ago and I noticed yesterday there's a chocolate with mold on it.

Some chocolates have this really sticky wet substance underneath and through further inspection there's almost like water damage or something done to the side of the box... I sent Russell Stover's an email. I didn't think it would be right to take this up with Walmart since when you buy these they're sealed in plastic wrap. This was done before it was all sealed and everything.

Huge turn off, Throwing the box away. Hope my family didn't get a box like mine.

Horrible chocolates. You get what you pay for.

Just threw my box out. Never again.

Tell the sender of the problem. They can contact the company they ordered the candy from to request either a replacement box or a refund of their money.

If they give a problem, then dispute the charge. No one should pay for a bad/defective product.
