Marshmallow eggs (12 count)

I just purchased two (2) boxes of your Russell Stover 12 Marshmallow eggs like I do every year. I purchased them at Acme in Bronxville, NY for $7.00 each.

When I opened the first box I was shocked and disappointed to see what you did to your product...no egg crate, just tossed loosely in the box; tiny wrapped chocolate covered marshmallow...WHAT A DISGRACE!!!

IF I still had the receipt I would return the garbage you now sell. I am going to make sure I let everyone I know NOT to buy this product. You should be ashamed of yourselves for screwing the people this way.

I guess that's why you don't include your customer service telephone number on the packaging...I want my money back!!! What a ripoff!!!

Horrible Customer Service! After Sending Proof of my Claim they completely Ignored me!

I had purchased a package of Russell Stovers Coconut Chocolate Candy from the Dollar Tree a few weeks ago & after taking 1 bite I realized that it was not the usual taste I know & love. It had a bad taste like it had gone bad. After looking at it, it had an old white look to it so opened the rest of the candies & they were all covered in the same white spots that Chocolate gets when it's old. Russell Stovers is one of my favorite candies so I was upset & disappointed that I had just spent money on candy that was nothing like I had expected & not edible.

I messaged the Company through Russell Stovers Site & I was contacted pretty quickly asking for information & pictures which I sent each time, but after the last email asking for more info I responded with all of the info needed & was Never contacted again even after sending another email almost a week later asking if they had received my last communication & still No Response. I was hoping for acknowledgment of my messages & a refund or replacement of the candy. I have not received either. I still have the package, the candies, the original pictures & the emails just in case any are needed.

These are the Email Messages & Some of Pictures Sent to RussellStovers(I replaced some #s with x's to post):

"1)The entire package of Russell Stovers Coconut Chocolate Candies were bad.

Upsetting because I love Russell Stovers Coconut Chocolate Candy & was expecting them to perfect like they usually are but these were old. Product description: RUSSELL STOVER COCONUT CHOC CANDYBest before date: 01JAN24L-Code: Place of purchase: DOLLAR TREEBarcode: xxxxx

2)Pictures attached below.

The candy has the white effect that chocolate gets when it's old. It has an unpleasant taste. Pictures show some of the white but it's much worse in person.

Mfg code: Axxxx

3)I haven't heard back since I sent this last email.

Since I did not hear back & the communication before that was prompt, I just wanted to make sure that it was received. If you need additional information or if you would like them sent to you please let me know how to proceed. Thank you."

I also sent them a message on this site which was completely ignored according to the email I just received.

Good luck keeping customers with your horrible customer service! I will never again purchase any of their products after this experience.

Growing up the strawberry creme were my FAVORITE. The past few years I look forward to getting them and end up disappointed with some salty tasting vanilla creme that just happens to be pink I proceeded to try the different flavors and they all taste the same. Strong cheap chocolate flavor with a thicker version inside

No more Molasses Chew!

I used to purchase the Whitman's 2 lb box of chocolates for my husband on a regular basis. I would eat one chocolate from each layer, which was two layers in a 2 lb box.

The only one I wanted was the Molasses Chew. It is gone. Whoever decided to revamp the box of chocolates should be fired. I will never buy another Whitman's, or Russell Stover's (who makes Whitman's), again.

I researched what happened, and Russell Stover decided to sell the Molasses Chews on their website for $29.99 for a 24 oz bag. With shipping, based on what I read here, I would spend conservatively $10 for shipping. Probably closer to $20. That is $30-$50 for 24 ounces of candy.

Seriously. What is wrong with companies? Are they not watching all the corporations going out of business around the world?

Maybe that is the plan because they definitely are killing their own business. I will buy See's Dark Chocolate Honey Nougat Chew in a 2 lb box, and be happy to pay for it.

Problem with a bag of Sugar Free Caramel Candy

Hi, my 83 year old aunt LOVES your sugar-free candy. All flavors. We've been buying them for her for years. Unfortunately, today, we opened a bag of Sugar Free Caramel which was to contain 3 pieces of wrapped candy. There were only 2 pieces. She was so disappointed. She actually asked me to report this to the Russell Stover candy company so that's why I'm writing. I don't know what information you need to try to figure out what went wrong. On the back of the bag, these are the only numbers: 01JUN24L5059. I hope this helps so it doesn't happen again to other people.

False advertising for chocolate covered nut assortment

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Russell Stover Candies - False advertising for chocolate covered nut assortment

My husband and I buy a box of Russell Stover chocolate covered nut assortment every year for ourselves and our children for Valentines Day. We only like chocolate with nuts in them and your assortment was something we used to enjoy.

We were very surprised to see that this year you removed "5" of the chocolate covered nuts and replaced them with "Dark chocolate coconut clusters". Where is it that coconut is a nut? I looked up if coconut was a nut and it said it was a fruit called "drupe".

We will never buy Russell Stovers again, this is false advertisement. It's bad enough you only give pecan pieces that you can only see only under a microscope but putting "5" coconut chocolates in as a replacement for another chocolate nut shows your company must be really struggling!

Old enough to be married but you do not understand simple English. They said nut assortment, not all the chocolates have nuts.

Pecan, cashew, and almonds are nuts. If you cannot afford to spend that much money on chocolate don't.

You ate the chocolate so you should pay for it. Unless they specified all the chocolates are nuts this is NOT false advertising.

Same thing happened to me. Bought a few boxes.

NOTHING on the box to indicate ANY CHANGE, nothing posted of their site, no press release, NOTHING. In addition the weight went down from 10oz to 9.4oz.

VERY DECEPTIVE! No more Russell Stover for me or my family or my businesses!

Damaged packaging of 16.1 oz, Russell Stover pecan delights

One of the individual packages was empty, another had a pecan delight halve way smashed in pressed closure and another in the bag unpacked. We have purchased and enjoyed Russell Stover candies and chocolates for years. With my wife's mother owning a Hallmark Store for many years in the past and having Russell Stovers displays we purchased many varieties of chocolates and candies. To finish, this is the only time there was a mishap with your product
